Victor Lown's poem won the Royal Invitation Competition, he was awarded with his poem professionally printed and framed. The Royal Couple will also receive Victor's poem framed as a wedding gift.
To Love Is:
To give, to care, to share
To be aware of another's needs

To encourage communication
To practise consideration

To know about those little things
that pleasure brings,
as well as those that cause concern

And this above all:
To love is to learn to give support
whatever that may be, and not to walk away
whether in the heart or in the mind
for to truly love is to be – in a word – kind.
