Wenlock Poetry Festival 2012

Wenlock Poetry Festival is fast becoming one of the top poetry festivals in the UK. It will be held between the 13th - 18th April 2012 at the Shropshire town of Much Wenlock  'the perfect place for poetry'. It attracts some of the very best poets and performers writing and working today and also encourages up-and-coming poets and also local poets to showcase their work.

At the festival there will be a wide range of workshops for adults, children and young people all to encourage creative writing. Including workshops there will be 32 events taking place at the festival this year including poetry performances, poetry activities, exhibitions and celebratory events in the town. There is something for everyone!
