Marc Brown

Hi, my name is Marc Brown. I'm 25 years old and from York, UK.

I've been writing since I was 16 and over the years my writing style has changed a lot as I have matured. Back then it was very 'teen angst-y' and now, in my eyes, the writing has matured with me.

My writing normally consists of realistic and everyday things but with twist. I've performed in heavy metal bands where I wrote the lyrics for the songs, which were mainly a darker side of the writing. I also do enjoy writing almost stereotypical love poems/songs but I still think what I write is a little bit different.

It is a dream of mine to be published and to hear what other people think of my writing and style. All criticism is welcome as I see it all as part of a learning curve. I hope you all enjoy what you read.
