UNESCO on November 17, 1965. Each year Literacy Day has a theme aiming to highlight the importance of literacy to communities, individuals and societies in third world countries. This year International Literacy Day will be held on the
8th September and the theme is based on literacy and peace.

Recently we have been supporting and working with Channel 4 on a poetry competition called Random. Channel 4 launched this competition based on the Spoken Word poetry form to support the TV show 'Random' which is being aired on 23rd August 2011.
